1.2 GA TRADING is the corporate name of the online store of the brand LA MAISON DE L'ALPAGA (LMA).
1.3 We can proceed to the modification of the present conditions without informing you beforehand. The conditions applicable to your order are those in force and published on the website at the time of your order.
1.4 The language inherent to this contract is the French language. This contract is also available in English, Spanish and German.
2. PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS
2.1 The prices and offers indicated on the Internet site are applicable as soon as they are posted, subject to contrary mentions on the said site. Variations may be noted on the prices applied in the store, online and in our catalogs.
2.2 We decline all responsibility if, despite our vigilance during the editing of the various information relating to our services, pricing or data entry errors are noted.

3. ORDER

4.2 Orders placed on weekends and holidays are handled on the following business days. We make every effort to ensure that the announced delivery times are met, however, delays may occur, beyond our control. This will not justify a reason for cancellation of the order.
4.3 Following the validation of your order, a summary of it will be quickly sent to you by email. The follow-up of your order is constantly available since your account, or on the page relating to the status of the order.

5. RIGHTS OF RETRACTION
If you are not completely satisfied with your order (on one or more items) or if you change your mind, you can ask for the return of your order without specifying the reason. This right is opposable during fourteen days as from the day of the reception of the order, and requires the application of our procedure of return. The reimbursement of the returned item(s) will take place within 14 days from the day of their reception, and provided that they are in the same condition as they were sent and in their original packaging. 7. RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
Any product shipped is the entire property of LA MAISON DE L'ALPAGA (LMA) until the total amount due is paid in full. In the event that all or part of the goods shipped are seized or interfered with by a third party, you are obliged to notify us promptly in writing.
8. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRESENTATION
In spite of all the means we use to bring you detailed descriptions and illustrations of our products with a coloring faithful to reality, it can happen that deviations occur. The colors perceived for each article or garment may differ slightly from reality, because various parameters such as the model of your device, its configuration, but also your browser, can influence the coloring.
The dyeing of the wools we use is handmade. It is therefore also possible that there may be deviations in the shade or tone of the color of each batch of dyeing and that the color of the article on the photo of the product sheet is slightly different from that of the article received.
If the specifics of a product differ from the description, or the illustration is not perfectly representative of the product, you have the right to return it free of charge, as stated in our return policy. It is important to note and understand that we are unable to offer you any discounts or commercial advantages beyond the legal guarantee in effect.
9. WARRANTY FOR HIDDEN DEFECTS (WARRANTY RIGHTS)
9.1 According to the legislation, you benefit from a legal guarantee of 15 days if one of the products had to present a defect.
9.2 Any validated complaint gives place to a standard exchange (and to a refunding in the event of out-of-stock condition), the forwarding expenses will be with our load.

If, upon delivery, you notice obvious damage to the package, we advise you to open the package in front of the delivery person and analyze the goods. If it is in good condition you can accept the order, otherwise please refuse the package and give it to the carrier.
