Colissimo or DPD : 15.00€ HT, free shipping from 1 200€ of purchase. At home or in a relay point within 48/72 working hours from the day the package is sent.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 14 DAYS IN FRANCE.
As from the reception of your parcel, you have 14 days to make your request of return and to return us the articles in case of nonconformity or if they do not give you whole satisfaction. In this case, you must send us an email to contact@lamaisondelalpaga.com. Please return the product in its original packaging (tissue paper, item label, thank you card and flyer...) and let us know the purpose of your return (exchange, credit or refund) to facilitate the work of our logistics team.
The products must be returned new, never worn, with the label and repackaged as in their original condition. If once the goods are received by our services, if it turns out that the garment has been worn or damaged, we will not be able to reimburse you and the garment will be returned to you after payment of the reshipment costs by you.
On the other hand, if your return reaches us outside of this legal 14-day period, we will not be able to accept a request for a refund or an exchange. And a credit note will be automatically generated so that you can reorder.
In France, for all orders under 120.00€ of purchase (excluding shipping costs) the return costs are charged to the customer. For all orders above this amount, please contact us to send a return label at our expense.
All international returns are at the customer's expense. Customs fees (for non-EU countries) may apply and will be charged to the customer.
